The PPC type air box pulse bag dust collector is a new product developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the technology of American Fuller Company. It combines the advantages of the dust collector such as the reverse blowing and the injection pulse, which overcomes the time of the reverse blowing. The shortcomings of insufficient kinetic energy intensity and simultaneous cleaning and filtration of jet pulse dust, thus enhancing the applicability and extending the service life of the filter bag.
Structural features

External filter type, using large-caliber pulse valve, high pressure, small air volume pulse cleaning, high cleaning intensity, need compressed air (0.5-0.7 Mpa) support. The PLC controller can be based on user requirements. It has the function of networking with other programmable controllers and upper computers. Allows high inlet concentration, serialized design, and multiple specifications to meet different flue gas volumes.
