Working principle of electric dust collector
Electric dust collector is a kind of dust collection equipment that uses electrostatic force to separate particles and airflow. Its purification work mainly depends on the discharge electrode (cathode) and precipitation (anode) these two systems to complete. When a high voltage direct current is input between the two electrodes, an electric field will be established between the two electrodes. Under the action of the field strength, the airflow will be ionized to produce anions and cations. At the same time, it will act on the dust particles passing through the electric field area to charge the dust. Then under the action of the electric field force, the positive and negative particles move to the electrode of opposite polarity and deposit on the electrode. When the dust layer reaches a certain thickness, the electrode is struck by a vibrating device, so that the dust adhering to the electrode falls off and falls into the lower ash collecting hopper, and the collected dust is discharged through the ash discharge device. To achieve the purpose of dust collection, the purified flue gas waste gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney through the air outlet, and the flue gas purification process is completed at this time.
