Electric bag composite dust collector
The electric bag composite dust collector is a new type of energy-saving and high-efficiency dust collector that integrates two dust removal mechanisms: electrostatic dust removal and bag dust removal. It has the characteristics of compact structure, long cleaning cycle, long service life of the filter bag, long-term reliable and stable operation, and low maintenance cost, such as energy saving and high reliability.
Structure and working principle
The working principle of the electric bag compound dust collector: Based on the working principle of the bag filter of the electric dust collector, the advantages of the two dust removal are organically combined: the front electric field pre-collects more than 70-80% of the dust in the flue gas; the rear bag dust removal The device intercepts and collects the remaining amount of dust in the flue gas. Among them, the pre-dust removal and charging effect of the front-stage electric field play an important role in improving the performance of the electric bag filter.
Performance characteristics
Compared with other existing dust removal equipment, the electric bag composite dust collector has the following advantages:
(1) The dust removal effect is very good, and the dust concentration of the intermediate test equipment is 0.1-0.2mg/m3.
(2) The air cloth of the filter bag is higher than that of the general pulse bag filter, which greatly reduces the number of dust filter bags; the parts of the separator of the electrostatic precipitator are more than half of that of the ordinary electrostatic precipitator. Therefore, it has a compact structure.
(3) The dust removal frequency of the filter bag is lower than that of the ordinary bag filter, which can extend the life of the filter bag and reduce the operating cost.
